10/4 Day Eighteen Of Game Project 2

Today we had planned on trying out some of our puzzles to see how well they would do in the game. We were not able to do this though, since our licences had not been distributed to us.

I instead spent the day on doing some minor playtesting in the mockup level to make sure that all the mechanics and script worked as intended. Later in the afternoon I changed my focus to work on the GDD instead.

The programmers seem to be in phase and are starting to get done with all of their implementations. Since the programmers will seemingly have more time, we are considering to add even more mechanics to the game, but feel the need to test out our current puzzles first to see if we really need them. We hope that we will able to do this tomorrow.

Not much can be said about the artists except that they are dilligently working on their individual tasks. They are starting to make final decisions about the look of the game and the setting. All of their concepts hence are very promising.

I kept it a little short today since I don't have the energy to write more and also feel that there is not much else to write about.

But yeah, I think that's it for today!
